Regulations made by the Minister under sections 355 and 360 of the Companies Act
On the 1st September 2020, by way of regulation, the Mauritian Government has decided to reduce the payable fees, from Rs 15,000 to Rs 5,000, to restore a company on the Registrar of Companies’ register.
